With a color of ivory pasta, this cured cheese is introduced in preserved olive oil, previously fragmented for a simpler and more delicate consumption thanks to the impregnation of this liquid gold. This preservation gives our cheese a flavor and texture that will not be indifferent.
We find in this cheese a soft texture, of great buttery and intense aromatic sensation of great balance together with the milk of sheep.
