Proud of our land, our roots, its traditions and flavors. Proud of the quality of our cheeses and all their varieties, of a unique raw material from which Queserías LAVRVS part.
Our family of breeders since time, we have always been surrounded by sheep, historically cheese was made for family consumption but in 2010 it was decided to start working and LAVRVS was born. The livestock is composed of 1300 mothers who produce enough milk to make the cheeses and derivatives that are made in cheese making. All our flock is included in the assaf breed book and each animal has its identification card. The food consumed by the herd occurs within the farm, closing the production cycle.
